Training Information

Unless specified otherwise, all of our training sessions are open to adults aged 18 and up without regard to skill level. Under 18s may need the permission of their parent or guardian in order to participate, so get in touch.

Never played before? No problem, come along and try it out. Bring comfortable clothes, cleats or shoes meant for running, and a water bottle.

About the area:

Talin liikuntapuisto features numerous grass pitches, an artificial turf pitch, an indoor pitch, weightlifting equipment, several kilometers of dirt trails, basketball goals, and children's playground equipment. 

You will also find restrooms, changing rooms, and vending machines on site. 

Additionally, the sports park is located within just a few kilometers of Helsinki's premier disc golf course, mountain biking trails, and a seaside beach at Munkkiniemi.
